TMZ spoke to Jolie’s lawyer, Robert Offer, said that the rumor is definitely false. He says that Brad has  been involved in all of Jolie’s adoptions and that he hasn’t spoken to her about adopting any children from Chad, or any other country for that matter.

Babel coming to DVD next month in the UK

Good news for UK fans - If you want to add “Babel” to your collection but don’t have the money on you right now, no worries. Paramount Pictures is releasing it to DVD on May 21st, so you have over a month to roll your coins and save your money.

A tid bit more slightly old news, but needs to be archived here nevertheless. Babel has won the Best Director award at the Cannes Film Festival which wrapped up on Sunday. Babel was thought to be in the running for the grand prize Palme d’Or, but alas, it was not to be. Congrats to Alejandro Iñárritu for his award and for directing what is surely a great film - it is scheduled to open in late summer/early fall here in the U.S.
