With the newest addition to the Angelina Jolie/Brad Pitt household
adjusting to his new family, Angelina Jolie's brother talked about
Angelina's desire to adopt more children as well as the reason behind his
niece's name.
In a interview with Grazia Magazine, James Haven Voight told how Angelina
Jolie and Brad Pitt came up with the name Shiloh for their daughter. James
explained that his parents, Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand, had
planned to give him the middle name of Shiloh but at the last minute,
decided to use Haven instead. The name Shiloh means 'messiah' or 'peaceful
one'. James Haven said that his parents had even officially named him
James Shiloh but before the paperwork could be finalized, they requested a
change. He is uncertain as to why the change happened.
James Haven explained that while Angelina Jolie was pregnant, Brad Pitt
and her confronted him about the name. According to James, the couple said
that they had been considering names for the baby and their favorite is
Shiloh. Then they asked if it would be OK to name the baby Shiloh since it
was James' original name. James said that he almost broke down into tears
because he felt so honored to share that name with the baby.
Also during the interview with Grazia Magazine, James Haven was asked if
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is considering adding to their family -
regardless if it is by adoption or by birth.
James Haven said that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is very happy with
Shiloh and her adopted siblings but would like to continue to add to their
family. James said that there has never been a set number of children they
would like to have, so there is no limit for them.
James also spoke about how Brad Pitt has changed into a very caring father
to the children.
"He has changed so much. He's completely involved, he loves the children
and is terrific with them There is no limit on the children she and Brad
are adopting. It could be scores. I've never heard an end number in their
conversations."
There is no doubt that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will adopt again.
Based on their compassion for those less fortunate and their love for
children, the possibility of this power couple adding more children to
their family is certain. The only question is: When? We will just have to
wait and see.

Spears's Visiting
Rights Remain Suspended
THE NEW YORK TIMES
January 16, 2008
The right of Britney Spears to visit her two little boys remained
suspended under a ruling issued at a closed-door hearing by the Superior
Court commissioner, Scott Gordon, on Monday in Los Angeles, The
Associated Press reported. Neither Ms. Spears, 26, nor her former
husband Kevin Federline, 29, was required to attend. He did; she came
late to the courthouse but never went inside. He retains custody of the
boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Another hearing is scheduled
for Feb. 19.
